  Came highly recommended. We wanted to support local...but our experience was bad! Agent didn't order enough carpet when we had family coming into town for graduation. They had to put in temp carpet in one bedroom which smelled dirty (like a dog used it). Also, the short of carpet was their mistake...they should have owned up to the mistake and covered it especially since we were the ones who were inconvenienced. I would not recommend them to any family or friends. Instead we were expected to pay for the mistake or shortage. Not to mention their carpet installer damaged our had wood floors and our custom made wooden staircase. I brought it to agents attention and nothing was ever done. Very disappointing customer service!! One very positive thing is their furniture movers...they were quick, professional, and very careful with my furniture! They were the best part of our negative experience.

  Had 2 excellent experiences so far. We refurbished our upstairs in late 2015 and loved Allied so much we went back in late 2016 when we finished the basement. They were great with scheduling (we didn't get the usual runaround from them like other contractors gave us). Selection was good, pricing was fair, and the installers did an outstanding job.

  GREAT customer service. Very professional. I recently ordered some plantation shutters. The initial installation did not go as expected. I notified Allied of my concerns and they acted immediately to address the problem. In less than 24 hour we had a company owner and the installer in our home making the needed adjustments.
